Join Crossfit Assateague and Sweat Ocean City Thanksgiving Morning at the Ocean PInes South Gate Pond / Veterans Memorial Park to burn some calories before your Thanksgiving Feast and support Town Cats!

$10 per person donation plus a cat supply donation*

Registration opens at 8 a.m.

Warm Up at 8:45 am

Fun Run/Walk at 9 am

Families, Kids and Pets Welcome!

Run/Walk will consist of 3 laps around the pond with several optional exercise stations during the lap.
